She is survived by: her children, Kevin Iwashita (Abram), Christopher, Grace Iwashita (Samantha), Jenyn Iwashita, Alvin Placides (JillienneRose), Catherine I., Emerson Bamba, Vincent-Allen and Pallas Iwashita; her significant other Jose Pinaula; her siblings, Vicente "Ben", Jean Hong-Yee, Alejandro "Ando", Doris Hong-Yee and Lourdes "Didding" Hong-Yee; and her siblings-in-law, Claire Hong-Yee, Hagino Iwashita, Maria "Toi" I., Felix Perez, Emilia "Kako" I., Malcolm Goodwin, Natividad "Chico" I., Francisco Gumataotao, Veronica "Vicky" B., Juan Toves, Antonio "Tony" C., Susan Blas, Concepcion "Anchie" C. Blas, Mark "Andy" Anderson, Ricardo "Rickat" C., Anita Blas and Rosie Fejeran. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home & Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A wake was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lynlee Mae Chapel (507 E Main St, Moore, OK 73160). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (800 SW 4th St, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Blessed Diego Church (884 Pale San Vitores Rd, Tumon, 96913, Guam). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Guam Veterans Cemetery.
