He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Luther Smith and Codie Smith (Smithey); and his former wife Shirley Ann Smith (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Jo" Smith; his children, Malinda Sheryl Smith of Pryor, Coy Randell Smith (Cassandra) of Calvert, Jeff Daniel of Tulsa and Corey Daniel of Tulsa; and his sisters, Shirlene Walkingstick (Gerald) of Ft. Gibson and Linda McClurg of Claremore. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
