She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel and Stella May Blocher (Brubaker); her spouse Marion James Skiles; her half-sister Jeanette Laing-Meason; and her siblings-in-law, Clinton Angle, Roy Skiles, Virginia Bowman (Vaiden), Jeanette Skiles and David Skiles.
She is survived by: her daughter Carmelita Rocourt (Ivan) of Monkey Island, OK; her grandchildren, Charles "Jesse" Scogin (Shelby Dugie), Courtney Scogin, Gabrielle Rocourt and Ivan Thomas Rocourt II; her great grandchild Andrea Scogin; her sister Opal Angle of Peru, IN; and her sisters-in-law, Mabel Skiles of Gettysburg, OH, Dixie Skiles of Bradford, OH and Marie Mathew (Cherian) of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
