He is survived by: his son Howard (Mellanie) of Blanchard, OK; and his grandchildren, James Muzingo of Blanchard, OK, Sarah Muzingo of Texas, Jaden Givens of Tryon, OK and Zaxx Muzingo of Blanchard, OK. He is also survived by his great grandchild, as well as many other relatives and friends.
