She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cagle and Zona Cagle; her husband Bob McNiel; and her brother John Cagle. She is survived by: her former husband Fred Kemper; her children, Kevin and Dina; her grandchildren, Nathan Kemper of Mauldin, SC, Jeremy Kemper (Hannah) of Choctaw, Grace Farnan (Shannon) of Pauls Valley and Seth Kemper of Davis; her great grandchildren, Lane, John, Riley and Reid; and her sister Janis Warren (Randy) of Mill Creek. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
