He is survived by: his wife Virgie Pitman; his children, Sherri Collins, Stacy Stephens, Christie French and Terry Hughes; his brother Gene Pitman (Hannah); and his sister-in-law Kaffie Pitman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
