She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Belcher; her parent Vesta Boggs (Ward); and her siblings, Dennis Boggs, Stella Samples, Beulah Bryant and Mildred Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Elvis Belcher (Debbie), Mike Belcher (Jeanie) and Carol Cribbs (Larry); and her siblings, Virginia Evans, Dallas Boggs, Susie Belcher, Sylvia McCrone, David Boggs, Ruth Taylor and Dale Boggs. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
