He is survived by: his son Brandon Hilliard (Priscilla); his sister Pam Splawn (Marty); his grandchildren, Tina Hargrove, Dominick Hargrove and Keiden Hilliard; his great grandchild Kenneth Clay Lane Elkins; his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Splawn (Brittany), Courtney Splawn and Brittney Logan; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Nolan, Austin, Olivia, Brooklyn, Blaire, Blake, Bailey and Renny. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
