It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlton Eugene Lowe (Milburn, Oklahoma), born in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Uyvonne "Vonnie" Lowe. He is survived by: his father Johnny Wayne Lowe Sr. (Eve) of Mill Creek; his wife Shelly Doggett of Lebanon, Oklahoma; his children, Mikayla Uyvonne Lowe and Dustin Eugene Lowe of Mannsville; his siblings, Johnny Lowe Jr. and Margaret Sanders of Wapanucka; and his nieces and nephews, Trey Lowe, Richard Lowe, Ashley Sanders, Heather Sanders, Phillip Sanders, Jeremiah Lee, Carly Lee, Jordan Blankenship and Jarron Pinnink. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
