He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lally and Mary Lally. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue Smith; his daughter Alicia; his parents-in-law, Chester and Kathleen Smith; and his siblings, Rick, Brian (Robin), Mary (Larry) and Gorgene (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Rebecca and Alicia would like donations be made to OU Health Stephenson Cancer.
