She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Rikard and Imogene Rikard (Shirley); her sister Sharron Thompson; and her niece Tobi Holder. She is survived by: her husband John O'Hagan of Midwest City; her children, Bruce O'Hagan of Choctaw and Amy Leonard (Kirby Leonard) of Newalla; her grandchildren, Brandon Fox (Leslie Fox), Blake Fox, Alex O'Hagan, Hayden Leonard, Hayley Leonard and Matthew O'Hagan; her great grandchild Anahi Fox; and her brothers, Phillip Rikard, Howard Rikard and Kevin Rikard.
