He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bohlander; his children, Phillip Bohlander (Martha), Michelle Crane and Teresa Groeneveld; his great grandchildren, Ty Crane, Elijah Crane and Hayley Crane; his sister Janelle Wilson; his stepchildren, Jodie Lee Rose and Sara Boyd (Jeff); and his stepgrandchildren, Sophia Lee Rose, Owen Rose, Carli Marie DeDonder, Luke DeDonder and Braxton Boyd.
