She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Joseph" Ladine and Vivian Ladine; her sisters, Betty Ladine Mears and Marva Ladine Welsh; and her daughter Jacqueline Bell Dagenais.

She is survived by: her husband William James Bell; her sister Carol Ladine; her son Jeffrey Bell; her son-in-law Scott Dagenais; her daughter Judith Bell Schuman (Paul); her grandchildren, Niki Urive, Brittany Bollom (Garrett), Kyle Dagenais (Portia), Kristen Dagenais, Tyler Schuman (Lindsey) and Bryson Schuman (Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Regan, Gunner, Remi and Hayes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
