She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chloe Sapp and Richard Sapp; her siblings, Charles and Martha Proctor; her brother-in-law Jerry Mitchell; her nephew Lee Mitchell; her children, Rhonda Desper, Tracy Albert and Michael Desper; her daughter-in-law Patty Lanious; her sister Janice Mitchell; her grandchildren, Christopher and Tiffany; and her great grandchildren, Cameron and Isabelle. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
