It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandy Maxwell (Midwest City, Oklahoma), born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 6, 2019, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morrel and Loretta Morrel (Spencer); and her sons, Anthony Peters and Javon Peters. She is survived by: her children, Mika Talton of Del City, OK, Angel Talton of Oklahoma City, OK, Anthony Maxwell of Oklahoma City, OK and Xavier Seals of Del City, OK; her siblings, Lillian Morrel of Oklahoma City, OK, Elizabeth Richardson of Ft. Smith, AR, John Morrel of Collinsville, OK and Reece Peters of Ardmore, OK; and her aunt Rita Vizenor of Tecumseh, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
