She was predeceased by: her brother John Kenneth Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Kay Emrich (Robert Carlton Osberg) of Falls Church, VA; her grandchildren, Caleb Michael, Canaan Matthew, Jacob Daniel and Sarah Elizabeth Emrich of Ada, OK; her siblings, Marilyn Sue Fitzpatrick, Nancy Lea Williams and Steven Kent Smith; and her stepmother Bonnie V. Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
