He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Lynn and Marilyn Blades; his wife Jamie (Joint Hospital); his stepdaughter Lindsye Schrimsher (David Sampley); his sons, Chris (Kelly) and Cody; his granddaughters, Tayleigh, Averi and Kenzi; his sisters, Christie Brown and Julie Warden; and his nieces and nephews, Katherine, Vincent, Autumn (John), Jessie, Allie, Jacob, Josh and Hope.
Bobby was an organ donor, and was able to provide the gift of tissue donation.
