He is survived by: his children, David Harper, Carol Jones and Paula Howard; his son-in-law Bill Howard; his grandchildren, Courtney Fairbanks, Cailee Kies, Conner Howard and Ryan Howard; his siblings, Bill Harper, Barry Harper, Bonny Adams and Betty Harper; and also Linda Nix.
Bob Harper passed away April 30th at the Quality Hospice Care facility after an extended struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
