It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Furchak (Midwest City, Oklahoma), born in Anadarko, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Hall and Wallace Hall; and her brother Vincent San Martino. She is survived by: her husband Richard. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
