She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Chandler and Emtessie "Tess" Chandler (Loftin); her husband Carl Slavick; and her sister Geraldine "Jerri". She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Kramer and Robert Chandler (Linda); and her children, Dale (late Libby), Chris (Belinda), Karol (Chris) and Mary (Ken). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
