He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Mabrey, Sr. and Pearl Mabrey; his wife LaDeane; and his brother James R "Jim" Mabrey. He is survived by: his sons, Neal Mabrey III, Larry (Jeanie Mabrey), Keith Mabrey and Steve (Dana Mabrey). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the church.
