He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda Sue Speers Perkins; his brother Kyle Perkins; and his pets, Bevo and Flower. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Perkins; his children, Harper Grace Perkins and Matthew Kyne Perkins II; his siblings, Kim Perkins, Michael Perkins, Charlotte Longmire (Randy), Regina Coberley (Tom) and Cynthia Hanna (Shelby); his mother-in-law Linda Tinker; his siblings-in-law, David Tinker (Tina), Danny Tinker and Ryan Gill; and his brother Toby Hull (Katie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
