With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Helen Lumry in Midwest City, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Rateliff and Essie Rateliff (Golden); her husband Darrell Lumry; and her siblings, Mildred Wilder, Jack Rateliff and Tommy Rateliff.
She is survived by: her children, Ray, Jackie Lumry (Shanks) of San Angelo, TX, Sue (Lumry), Greg Martin of Odessa, TX, Mike, Debbie Lumry (Woods) of Harrah, OK, Terri (Lumry) and Bob Wilkerson of Midwest City, OK; and her close friends, RJ and Chrissy Stokes. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home (1820 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home Chapel (1820 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK 73130).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Eastern Oklahoma County Resource Center or City Rescue Mission, two organizations that Mary supported. Keep Mary's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
