She is survived by: her husband Tony Babiak; her children, Donna Babiak of Midwest City, Randy Babiak of Midwest City and Ray Babiak (Andrea) of Yukon, OK; her grandchildren, Kevin Babiak, Kim Babiak and Tiffany Brooks; and her siblings, Faye Carter, Katherine Gregory and Larry Burgett. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
