She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Morrison and Mamie Morrison. She is survived by: her spouse Johnny Harold Thompson; her brothers-in-law, Bud Gaither, R. P. Thompson and Bobby Thompson; her sister Melva Gaither; her sisters-in-law, Betty Thompson and Beverly Westmoreland (Dallas Her); her children, Jack Thompson (Debbie, Cindy Collier), Johnny Thompson (Pam, Jeff Thompson) and Jill McBride (Neil); her grandchildren, Shara Hartman (Matt, Seth Thompson), Cimberlee Collier, Chad Collier (Amber, Carrie Smith), Heather Williams, Jeff Thompson (Lindsey, Hunter Thompson), Tyler Thompson (Ashleigh, Becca Buckner), Blaire Ring, Brooke Ring, Baylee Ring and Alex McBride; and her great grandchildren, Jude, Emily, Benjamin, Jack, Presley, Riley, Everly Rose, Tres, Trevor, Kaiser, Sophia, Gracie, Cruise, Kaitlin, Kellon, Christian, Knox and Brylee. She is also survived by her husband in countless ways as a Pastor's wife—she found her own unique call in the care and nurture of children.
