She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Hinkle and Virginia "Jenny" Hinkle (Wood); her husband Johnny Robert Spikes; her siblings, Lewis, George, DeWayne Hinkle, Lela Blankenship, Audie Fisher and Elaine Cottrell; and her stepson Gary Robert Spikes.
She is survived by: her son Gary Lynn Spikes of Stratford, OK.; her stepdaughter Denise Corjay; and her brother Melvin Hinkle (Phyllis) of Stratford. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
