He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Burdine; his children, Gene Pederson and Rebecca "Denise" Reed; his grandchildren, Colin Lee Burdine, Rebecca "Becca" Sanders (Katherine "Kit" Sanders), Britney Reed and Teresa Reed; and his siblings, Dennis Burdine, Lloyd Fincher (Wanda) and Rena Mitchell.
