He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent James; his siblings, William Sherwood (North Carolina) and Caroline McCaslin (North Carolina); and his daughters, Robin Garza (Oregon), Julie Weinmann (Texas), Ondra Walls (Oklahoma) and Darlene Boutell (Georgia). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
