Ruddell and Verda Ruddell (Cook); his siblings, Evelyn Maxfield, Earl Ruddell and Lloyd Ruddell; his spouse Billie Joyce Spears; his grandchildren, Stacey (Bart Daniel), Christy (Billy Anglin) and Skyler (Anthony Pirkle); and his great grandchildren, Halie Cain (Richie Bowen), Dalton, Dillon, Madalyn Daniel, Lauren, Jacob Anglin and Graysen Pirkle. He was also cherished by his children while he and Granny.
