He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clarence and Elsie Lenora Thomas Summers; his wife Lilly Marie Puckett; and his son Daniel. He is survived by: his daughters, JoEtta Judkins (Phillip) and Vicky Cox (Ronnie); his sisters, Joan Wilkerson of Rogers and Marietta Hampsten of Palm Desert, California.; and his grandchildren, Linsey Gooshaw of Choctaw, Leianna LaMar (Robert), Whitney Farhang (Eric), Brennen Cox (Katie) and Connor Cox (Melanie). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
