He was predeceased by: his parents, David Webb and Tommie Webb (Holland); his wife Anita; and his siblings, Veda, Doris, Letha, Eunice, Eva, Clara, Earl, Clarence and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Valinda Hellums (Steven) of McCloud, Oklahoma, Carl Webb (Coleen) of Chandler, OK, Gary Webb (Tamara) of Choctaw, OK and Randy Webb of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
