He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louis and Ruth Abney-Spurlock; his wife Lelia Mae Dixon; and his brother Louis. He is survived by: his brother Jim Spurlock of Cortez, Colorado; his children, Judy Marie (Glendon Forgey) of Dodge City, Kansas, Ronald Ray (Diana Spurlock) of Midwest City, Oklahoma and Aleta Ginn of Midwest City; and his grandchildren, Michael Ginn (Kara), Stephanie (Curtis Knight), Seth Forgey (Megan), Eric Spurlock (Ashley), Jenna Tracy and Mackenzie Butts. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
