It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Gilbertson Gist of Midwest City, Oklahoma, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Gist Carr; her parents, Ann Schneider Gilbertson and Harold Albert Gilbertson; and her brothers, Harold Allen Gilbertson and James Charles Gilbertson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Ward, Peggie Pietrowicz, Sandra Poplin and Lynne Gist; her sons-in-law, Phil Ward and George Poplin; her granddaughters, Melissa Okyere (Charles) and Nicole Hurst (Bo); her great grandchild Zane Hurst; her grandson Zach Ward; and her great grandchild Hollis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
