He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Thelbert Johnson and Marlys Johnson; and his siblings, Sheryl Waggoner, Marla Johnson, Laura Pruitt, Linda Calloway, Jeri Bruder (Eddie) and Ben Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
