He was predeceased by: his parent R. C. Johnson; and his brother Robert Charles Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Witten; his sons, Jim C. (Chelly), Jeff and Justin; his brother Don (Jane); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley and Donna (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
