She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Cochran and Flora Cochran; her children, Chester Wayne, Donald Thomas and Traci Jo; her husband Chester L. Phelps; her daughter Sandy; and her granddaughter Kari.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Louise, Keith Steven (Michelle) of Choctaw and Kris Leigh of Moore. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
