He is survived by: his wife Betty Hayes; his children, Randy Hayes, Rhonda Miles, Renee Guthery, Regina Hahn and Robin Collins; his grandchildren, Ian Hayes, Nicole Bernard, Payton Hayes, Carly Hayes, Andy Guthery, Duane Guthery, Dalton Guthery, Garrett Guthery, Caleb Miles, Hannah Miles, Leah Anderson, Kaitlin Hahn, Robby Hahn, Gage Hahn, Luke Hahn, Mackenzie Hahn, Zoe Hahn, Dougie Hahn and Levi Hahn; and his siblings-in-law, Ethel Hayes, Bea Card, Mae Hill, Chiyoko Card and Archie Card. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
