He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ferik and Anna Ferik; his son Damon Ferik; and his brothers, Michael Ferik, John Ferik and Joseph Ferik.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Ferik; and his children, Michael Ferik, Donna Breslin and Owen Ferik. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 4 nieces.
