He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Evans and Clara Virginia George Evans; his son Mark Evans; and his sister Patricia Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Leopard of Spencer, Oklahoma; his former wife Mary Alice Evans of Midwest City; and his cousins, Joseph Howes of Gulfport and Iris Bowles of Boulder, Colorado.
