He was predeceased by: his parents, Nell Howard and Joe Howard; his brother-in-law Sam Ross; and his nephew David Ross. He is survived by: his wife Belva; his children, Jean Schaffer (Bob) of Sacramento, Bud Howard (Lora) of Tulsa and Belinda Tricinella (Nick) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Brittany Ballard, Brett Peterson, Kristin Brady, Ethan Howard, Emma Tricinella, Jessica Tricinella and Wyatt Howard; his sister Jodie Ross; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Ross (Ann), Randy Ross (Lane), Daniel Ross (Tiffany), Michael Ross (Lindsay), Joel Ross, Gabriel Robertson (Erin), Debbie Robertson (Chuck), Stephanie Ross, Leigh Ann Robertson and Tiffany Ross. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great nieces and nephews.
