It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Carol Uffen (Midwest City, Oklahoma), born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 26, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Jon. She is survived by: her children, Tom (Jaynie), Robyn and Jack (Marian); and her grandchildren, Heather, Emilie (Jeff) and Michael.
