She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. "Bud" and Ora Mae Wright; and her husband Roy R. Hamersley. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Ford and Rick Hamersley (Melenda); and her siblings, Mary Edna Trammel, Barbara Grant and Glen Wright.

Donations may be made in Doris's honor to the church Building Fund.
