She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Manuel and Ruby Foster Manuel; her grandparents, Allen, Emma Manuel, Alfred and Luvina Foster; her sister Norma Keen; her niece Lisa Keen; her brother-in-law Wiley Keen Jr.; and her nieces, Laura Hall and Lydia Keen. She was also cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
