He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Lacy and Virena Lacy; and his brother Jim Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ann Lacy (Jones); his daughter Kimberly Rae Estorga (Lacy); his son-in-law John Mark Estorga; his niece Jennifer Lacy; his nephew Greg Lacy (Niki); his great-nephew Jaxon Brandt; and his great-niece Emma Lacy.
