He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Hawkins and Tilee Hawkins; his daughter Pam Hawkins-Harris; and his siblings, Bonnie Page, Louella Wright and Claud Hawkins.
He is survived by: his spouses, Norma Bray and Lois Harris; his son Travis Hawkins (Denice) of Wayne; his stepchildren, Melody Harris and Greg Harris; his grandchildren, Matthew Hawkins, Joseph Harris and Justin Harris; and his sister Peggy Eberly. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
