He is survived by: his children, Youlanda Percifield of Midwest City, Ladawn Gayle Butler of Midwest City, OK, Delia Butler (Dee Dee) of Mustang, OK and Kristina Smith (Kris) of Mustang, OK; his grandchildren, Kaila Parrick, Christopher Hill, Scott Hill (Renee), Joshua Clark, James Parsons III (Hannah), Taylor Parsons, Kristina Oliver (Shawn), Bobbi Jean Sneed, Tyler Sneed, Lindee Smith and Jaxon Smith; his siblings, Mary Williamson of Early, TX, Sue Phillips of El Reno, OK and Don McLaughlin of Chickasha; his sisters-in-law, Linda Butler of Hinton, OK and Kay Butler; his friend Olive Harvey of El Reno, OK; his son-in-law Ronnie Smith of Midwest City, OK; and his protectors, Hippo and LuLu. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
