She is survived by: her parents, Lois Lavona and John Wayne Miller; her husband Dale Sledge; her children, Khalie Perez (David), Jarahmy Fletcher, Joley Sledge, Breelyn Sledge and Koleton Sledge (Becca); her grandchildren, Hartlyn, Everlee and Benjamin; her siblings, Dean and Donna; and her niece Rebecca. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
