He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Mae Harvey (Simpkins) and Homer Franklin Harvey; his wife Sandra; his children, Scott and Amy; and his siblings, Johnny, Sonny, Eugene, Virgil and Margaret.
He is survived by: his son James; his sisters, Pat, Beverly and Mary; his daughter-in-law Elisa Harvey; and his grandsons, Russell and Logan. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
