Green of Tulsa; his brother Delwyn Lemke, Jr.; his uncles, Jerry and Wesley Green; his aunt Jan Green; his cousins, Johann Green and Brian Green; his aunts and uncles, Pat, LaVerne Norris (Lemke), Dee and Bonnie Lemke; and his cousin Donna Lynn. He was also cherished by other family members and friends.
