With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Fox (Midwest City, Oklahoma), born in Elk City, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall D Hartman and Dorothy Jean Hartman of New Liberty, Oklahoma.; and her aunts, Glenna and Maxine. She is survived by: her husband Marion Ronald Fuchs (Fox); her children, Brent Fox (Pam) of Oklahoma City, Marcey Fox of Oklahoma City and Melanie Haley (Josh) of Alexandria, Ohio.; and her siblings, Dale Hartman (Sheila), Lynette Goodman (Tom) and Kent Hartman (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
